This phrase is sometimes used to simply describe a fence that is shared by two neighbors. The Full panel fence is a great fence for neighbors because both sides of the fence are aesthetically pleasing. Therefore deciding to split the cost with your neighbors might be a little bit easier and more cost efficient with this style as no one wants to be stuck with the backside of a fence facing their yard, especially if they’re paying for a portion.
